Halogen bulbs are not new to the market, yet they are still sometimes shrouded in mystery. On the one hand, their design is similar to that of a regular incandescent bulb, on the other hand, they are more energy efficient and cheaper. The double-socketed halogen bulb is a suitable light source for spotlights used in outdoor and indoor lighting.
Thanks to its high wattage - from 60 watts to 500 wat ts - and high luminous efficiency, projectors equipped with this type of light source can realize high levels of illumination. This bulb does not need to be powered by a transformer or power supply, as it is directly supplied by 230V mains voltage . The LED filament is energy efficient, consumes much less energy, and gives just as much light. It can also be an excellent replacement for halogen filaments.
