Product description

FISCHER 750 ml gun foam. It is a one-component sealing foam, curing under the influence of moisture. It is the highest quality foam used for sealing windows and window sills, filling voids, insulating passages and penetrations of pipes and cables.m The cured foam, applied at a certain depth and width of the gap, on surfaces made of durable mineral, such as concrete, corresponds to material class B1 according to DIN 4102. For other applications, it corresponds to material class B2. The foam also has an MPA-RFN certificate, a technical approval and an ITB certificate.

Method of use:

Clean the substrate from dust, dirt and grease. Strip the door frames before applying the foam. Protect the woodwork with foil or adhesive tape. Container temperature: 10°C to 35°C (optimally 20°C). Immediately before use, shake the container vigorously about 20-30 times. Screw the can onto the gun. Working position of the container - with the valve downwards. Moisten the substrate generously with water. Fill the gaps no wider than 5 cm at 50% of their depth - the foam increases in volume during curing. Fill the gaps wider than 5 cm gradually in layers, and moisten each layer with water. The foam flow can be adjusted by pressure on the trigger of the gun. After curing, remove excess foam mechanically, such as with a knife. It is best to use up the started package to the end. Fresh dirt from the foam can be removed with acetone. The cured foam should be protected and shielded with paint, plaster or other UV-protective materials. After finishing the work, clean the gun with a polyurethane foam cleaner.
