Twilight automatic device is used for automatic switching on lighting of streets, squares, exhibitions, advertisements, etc. at dusk and switching off the same lighting at dawn. The external probe of the automatic device should be placed in a place with constant access to natural daylight, which by changes in its intensity will cause switching on and off the lighting. The time of switching on the lighting can be set by the user with a potentiometer. Turning towards the "moon" - will switch on later, turn towards the "sun" - will switch on earlier. The device has a delay system for switching on and off the lighting, thus eliminating the impact of interference (e.g. lightning) on the operation of the device.
If the length of the connection cable of the probe is more than 10m, do not lead it close to the parallel cable being under the voltage of the network or carrying high currents. In case of control of the automatic unit operation, the whole probe should be tightly covered, e.g. with a cardboard box or dark, thick fabric. Covering only the "eye" of the probe, for example, with a finger is insufficient, as the intensity of sunlight is very strong and penetrates into the photoelement through the plastic housing and human body.
