The sequence, fade and asymmetry relay is a product of F&F, an electrical and electrical engineering company. It is designed to protect electric motors supplied from a three-phase network in the event of a voltage loss or asymmetry in at least one phase. This can lead to the destruction of the motor. The relay also protects motor rotation directions in the event of a phase change upstream of the sensor. A voltage loss or asymmetry in at least 1 sensor can lead to a motor shutdown.
Re-energization occurs automatically when the voltage rises by 5 V above the tripping voltage. Changing the order of the phases in front of the sensor causes an undesired change. The relay at power failure maintains voltage for 4 seconds. The rated control voltage for AC 50 Hz is between 230 V and 400 V. The voltage measurement range for the product is 40 V to 80 V. The product is 35 mm wide, 90 mm high and 65 mm deep. It has 1 changeover contact. Reconnection is possible after the phase voltage returns to normal.
